A source confirms that Zac Efron broke his jaw after slipping in an unseen puddle of water in front of his L.A. home on Sunday and had to have his mouth wired shut as a result.
Efron, who will next appear on the big screen next January in “That Awkward Moment,” also had to have stitches to mend a gash he received from the fall.
The hunky star has been having a rather rough 2013. In September it was revealed that he completed two stints inrehab earlier this year to battle an alleged cocaine addiction.
