Sam Smith is going on a hiatus in the very near future. During promotion for his new James Bond Spectre theme song, "Writing's On the Wall," Sam made the announcement, revealing that he's sad and a bit relieved to be taking some time off for himself.
"I've been going now for three years nonstop and it feels right for me to just go home and just live my life and be a 23-year-old," he said in an interview. "My love life, the downs and ups, it never stops, so I'm always inspired by stuff like that, but it'd be good to spend some time dating."
It'll also give him the liberty to step away from the pressures to "look a certain way" in the limelight. "I'm definitely having In N Out burger tonight while I'm in L.A. -- it's a constant battle. But I'm feeling good at the moment," he told the outlet at the time of the interview.
