Rihanna says that her long-awaited eighth-studio album, which many fans have deemed R8, is her next focus. "New album is going really, really great. We have recorded a lot of songs and I can't wait to finish and put it out. That's my next step," she said in a recent interview.
Despite releasing three singles in the last year ("FourFiveSeconds" featuring Kanye West and Paul McCartney, "American Oxygen" and "B*tch Better Have My Money"), Rihanna has yet to drop the follow-up to 2012's Unapologetic.
And even though we don't have official confirmation from the singer, Rihanna has reportedly hit the studio with Sia, Ne-Yo, Sam Smith and DJ Mustard for the upcoming release.
