Noah Cyrus is following in her edgy older sister Miley’s footsteps. The 13-year-old got her head partially shaved in a new video she posted on Instagram.
After sharing the short clip of her radical haircut, Cyrus posted a couple of selfies of her new look.
Responding to some negative comments, the teenager wrote, “I’ve never been perfect but neither have you.”
