Miley Cyrus will be calling the shots at this year's MTV Video Music Awards. The pop star took to Twitter on Monday to confirm she will be the next host of the VMAs.
Miley posted a photo of herself in a alien costume, wearing a sandwich sign saying, "MTV won't let me perform, so I'm hosting this year's VMAs."
The ceremony will air August 30th at 9 p.m. on MTV. Nominations will be announced later this week.
