Mariah Carey has finally put a new release date on her next studio album. The singer revealed the news in a video, announcing that the next single titled “You’re Mine” is arriving on Wednesday with the album to follow on May 6th.
The album was initially due out last summer, but Mariah put a delay on its release telling fans she needed more time with the new material. At the time she had put out a track called “Beautiful” featuring Miguel and later released the ballad “The Art Of Letting Go.”
Fans can also watch Mariah performing it at the BET Honors ceremony airing later this month on February 24th.
