Justin Bieber may need surgery on his ear drum. The singer took to Twitter on Wednesday to tell fans that he "busted [his] ear drum cliff diving."
The Biebs says doctors tell him the injury may require surgery, and if so, his new album with Cody Simpson could be delayed.
The star is assuring fans, however, that the new music is still coming soon.
