Justin Bieber is speaking up about paparazzi safety after a minor car accident on Tuesday afternoon.
The pop star was rear-ended by a photographer while driving his red Ferrari in West Hollywood. Justin saw that he was being tailed by a man with a camera and slammed on his brakes, causing the collision. There were no injuries and little damage to the cars.
