This is not a drill. New music from comeback kid Justin Bieber is coming out on August 28th.
On Wednesday he announced his new single “What Do You Mean”, an uptempo track that is his ode to all the girls out there that he just doesn't understand. "Well, girls are often just flip-floppy," Justin confessed when announcing the song. "They say something and they mean something else. So … what do you mean? I don’t really know, that’s why I’m asking."
Bieber is also currently working on his new album... which is his first in over three years. It should be out by the end of the year.
