Justin Bieber may be back to his old partying ways.
Last week he swigging some whiskey on stage with Rae Sremmurd and now comes word he was smoking pot, too.
A source says that he did it all on a dare and totally regrets it, but folks in his camp have reason to be worried. Justin had allegedly given up weed as part of his image clean-up. Guess not.
