After a growing public backlash, Iggy Azalea is laying relatively low to record her new album, and we have some details about the LP straight from the pop rapper's mouth.
In a recent interview Iggy opened up on how excited she is about the upcoming project, which will drop in 2016. "I feel really excited about it and I think my fans will be really excited about it," Iggy said. "It's nerve-racking when you have success to make something that sounds totally different. Will people like it? Will this isolate half my fan base? I don’t know, but I have to take a risk and do something that makes me happy to come into work."
Iggy has also been talking about the album on Twitter... where she has said that shecompleted six songs for the album, which will be available in a standard format. No deluxe version coming your way, folks. In fact, she admitted she may just record 10 songs for the project.
