Enrique Iglesias is in hot water in Miami. He was arrested back in May on a misdemeanor obstruction charge.
Police say he was behind the wheel of his Cadillac Escalade, but when cops stopped him, he traded seats with a passenger. The officer noticed the switch and arrested both the singer and his friend.
Iglesias was also slapped with a charged of driving on a suspended license. He's pleaded not guilty to both counts and will be in court later this month.
