Ellie Goulding is setting the record straight about her long-rumored romance with Ed Sheeran. The singer was supposedly the inspiration for Ed's breakup song "Don't," after she cheated on him with One Direction member Niall Horan.
In a new interview she said "I did go on a few dates with Niall, but I was never in a relationship with Ed. I have absolutely no idea where that came from and why it was turned into such a big thing."
Ellie is currently dating musician Dougie Poynter.
