Embroiled R&B star Chris Brown got some more bad news today in the form of a revoked probation in response to his October arrest in Washington, D.C. He appeared before a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge on Monday was spared jail time because he is already participating in his court-ordered 90-day residential rehab program.
A progress report by Brown’s rehabilitation program director indicated he has “made improvements and positive behavior change in the program since his arrival,” and has been “taken off medical marijuana and is taking psychotropic medication as prescribed.”
He is scheduled to return to court for a hearing on February 10 to determine if additional jail time will be required after completing his three-month rehabilitation.
