Chris Brown is reportedly saying no to a plea deal in a misdemeanor assault case in Washington, DC. Sources say negotiations between prosecutors and the singers camp broke down Wednesday, meaning Brown could be forced to face trial.
The singer was arrested in DC last October after an altercation with a man who reportedly tried to jump in on a photo Chris was taking with two female fans.
Browns bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, was convicted at an earlier trial in April for his role in the fight. The singer was just released from a Los Angeles jail this month for probation violation.
