There was not even one dull moment at this years Billboard Music Awards! The yearly show took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada and aired live on ABC. The legendary King Of Pop's holographic performance of "Slave to the Music" leads the way in a Billboard.com poll of favorite performances from the event, earning 26% of the vote!
Kendall Jenner Screws Up 5 Seconds of Summer Intro
Kendall Jenner appears to be a better fit for unscripted television than live awards shows. The up-and-coming runway model had trouble introducing Australian boy band 5 Seconds of Summer. It seemed like she almost referred to the group "One Direction," before stopping herself mid-sentence.
Robin Thicke Sings To Paula Patton
After he split from his wife, Robin debuted a new ballad called "Get Her Back," crooning: "I never should have raised my voice or made you feel so small/I never should have asked you to do anything at all/I should have kissed you longer/I should have held you stronger."
Performances
Several of music's biggest stars performed including Pitbull with Jennifer Lopez, OneRepublic, Ariana Grande with Iggy Azalea, 5 Seconds of Summer, Shakira, Katy Perry, Imagine Dragons, Lorde, Jason Derulo, John Legend, and Miley Cyrus.
Winners
