Ever wonder what diet Beyonce is on? Well here's a clue: it's all plant-based. And now YOU can eat just like Queen Bey too!
The superstar is now offering tips on how to become a healthy vegan, partnering with nutritionist and exercise physiologist Marco Borges for a new meal plan called "22 Days Nutrition." The home delivery service will include a wide range of superfood dishes highlighting vegetables, beans and grains.
Beyonce says the program aims to get people motivated and make better nutritional choices. In a statement she says she stands by Marco Borges' diet plan because he is the most energetic person. She previously went vegan with husband Jay Z for 22 days back in 2013 calling it a "spiritual and mental cleanse."
