Our May âArtist of the Monthâ is Willie Maxwell better known as Fetty Wap. He is an American rapper best known for his breakout hit âTrap Queenâ.
When Fetty was little he got into an accient, which injured his eye. Hethe later began taking interest in music in 2013. He was nicknamed "Fetty" because he was always known for getting money. "Wap" was added to the end of the name to perform under in tribute to his favorite rapper Gucci Mane.
"Trap Queenâ has peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. With that success he is now working on dropping a self titled mixtape.
