Actor Tracy Morgan is hospitalized in critical condition after being involved in a serious crash on the New Jersey Turnpike early Saturday morning. Gregory Williams with New Jersey State Police says rescue crews rushed to the scene.
The comedian’s limo bus collided with a pair of tractor trailers early this morning just north of Trenton. One person died and Morgan and three others were flown to the hospital in critical condition. Morgan was on his way home from a stand-up comic performance at a Delaware casino at the time of the crash.
Morgan is being treated at Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center in New Brunswick. A dozing truck driver could be to blame for the deadly accident. ABC News reports the driver of the 18-wheeler that rear-ended Morgan’s limousine bus didn’t see traffic slowing on the New Jersey Turnpike until it was too late.
