The upcoming ninth season of "The Voice," will again feature several "key advisors" who will help contestants during the show.
Selena Gomez has been announced as one who'll act as an advisor on Gwen Stefani's team, Missy Elliott has been confirmed also an an advisor who's on Team Pharrell. Also being an advisor this year Rihanna will guide and mentor contestants from all four squads.
Last season, Nate Ruess and Reba McEntire fulfilled that role at different points, and Taylor Swift and Chris Martin have had the honor in earlier seasons. The upcoming season of "The Voice" is slated to premiere on September 22nd.
